Depending on the airline you booked with, you might be able to cancel your booking for free on the same day of purchase. This feature is accessible to most bookings made within 24 hours and may be subject to some restrictions.
Here's how you can cancel in the app:
Select the booking that you wish to cancel. If the booking still qualifies for free cancellation, you will see the option "Cancel My Booking" at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm that you have read the cancellation policy and swipe right on the yellow bar at the bottom to finalize the cancellation.

- In the off-chance that you are unable to cancel in the app, select the booking you're inquiring about, and then tap "Contact Support." Our support bot RoboBear will help get you started, and then put you in touch with an agent to process the cancellation.
- If you've booked with a low-cost carrier, you'll need to contact them directly to pursue a cancellation. Low-cost carrier reservation numbers begin with a "Z-" (example: Z-ABCDEFG).
