If you're at the airport and your flight is either delayed or cancelled, see an agent at the airline counter right away. In most cases, they are able to book you on the next flight or offer a refund. If they are unable to assist you after speaking with them, please contact Hopper support.

Good to know

  • If your flights are cancelled due to weather or current events, airlines may waive change fees for a limited time.
  • While Hopper is happy to assist with re-booking your flights, we may only process changes or refunds that the airline has authorized.
