There are two ways to add special assistance to your booking:

  1.  Before booking your flight: Add it directly to the passenger's information under "Edit Traveler."
  2. After booking your flight: Contact our 24/7 customer support team via chat directly from your trip in the app to request assistance to be added to your booking. 

Good to know

When contacting our support team to add a request, be sure to specify one of types of assistance required below:

  • Wheelchair - Immobile
  • Wheelchair - Cannot climb stairs
  • Wheelchair - Can climb stairs
  • Blind
  • Deaf
