Whenever a booking has been confirmed and ticketed by the airline, you will receive a confirmation email from Hopper titled "Your Hopper receipt and itinerary." Your confirmation email will include all of the details of your upcoming trip, as well as the breakdown of fees:
You can also access any confirmed itineraries directly in the app.
Good to know
- If your trip is not appearing under "Upcoming Trips," please force close the app and re-open it. This hard refresh should allow the app to display your trips.
- On some occasions, the charge may not post to your bank statement right away. Not to worry though! Processing times for your financial institution may vary but the charge should appear within a few days.
- If you have not received an email confirmation, you may have encountered an error while booking in the app and your booking did not go through.
