If we need to confirm your payment method, you might receive an email or text message from Hopper. 

Due to high volumes of internet fraud, we're just trying to make sure that the cardholder has in fact authorized the transaction and booking. We have an automated system that tells us when a booking needs a closer look, and rest assured, our Trust and Safety team will never ask for any sensitive information beyond the minimum needed to establish the cardholder’s identity.
