If you're seeing a server trouble error message in the app, here are a few things that might be going on: 

  • Your phone may have lost connectivity to the Internet or data.
  • The app had a temporary error accessing the Hopper mother ship for flight information. If this is the case, you can usually retry in a few minutes and get results!
  • Hopper might have limited data for the route you're searching. This can happen if you're searching for flights to or from smaller airports or for routes that have limited data from our partners. If you get an error repeatedly, try switching to a larger departure or return airport.
