Having your airline shutdown can be a stressful situation and we totally know how frustrating that would be! 

In the rare case that this happens, we will be in contact with you regarding next steps via email, usually within about 24-48 hours of the shut down.

If you haven't heard any news from Hopper within that time frame and you have an affected booking, please feel free to contact us. As these situations can change rather quickly, our support team will have the most up to date information.
