If you've entered your birthday incorrectly for your booking, it cannot be resolved by editing your traveler birth date in the app. Please contact Hopper support so that we can correct it in the airline's system.

Be sure to edit this in the app as well so that future bookings will reflect the correct birth date.

Good to know:

  • It is forbidden to change a birth date from an adult (18+) to a minor unless the passenger is travelling with an accompanying adult. Hopper does not support minor-only bookings. 
  • You could be denied boarding if the birth date on your ticket does not correctly match your travel ID.
