When purchasing airline tickets with online travel agencies such as Hopper, sometimes the airline won't allow you to manage your booking online as they consider it a premium feature. No worries! This doesn't mean that your booking isn't confirmed.
- If you need to purchase baggage or manage any booking extras, we recommend that you give the airline a call directly and providing them with your ticket number.
- If you're unable to check-in online, you'll be able to do so at the airport on your day of departure, where you'll receive your boarding pass.
