When available, you should be able to request your bed type during the booking process in the app. Please refer to your confirmation email to verify the bed configuration of your hotel room.
If you'd like to request to change bed types after booking, please contact the hotel directly. Depending on availability, they may or may not be able to accommodate a different room type for you. Please note that the hotel may charge you an additional fee for the new room type.
