COVID-19 Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your hotel reservation, please use the "Contact Support" option on your trip in the app and then select the "Cancel Booking" option. You may be asked to fill out cancellation form that we will send to you in a message. We will collect your request for cancellation and contact our partners to request if a refund is available. Please note that it may take up to 2 months to finalize any potential refunds. We are prioritizing each request by on check-in date, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancelling a Refundable Reservation

If you have a refundable reservation that you'd like to cancel, first tap on the booking and then select "Contact Support" from the bottom of your trip details.

From here, you should be presented with the following screen:

Make sure you review the cancellation policy and then confirm the cancellation. After the cancellation has been processed, we'll follow up with you via email.

Good to know

Cancellation policies vary for each hotel, but they will always be shown before you complete your purchase as well as on your confirmation email. If you'd like to cancel your booking, be sure to check the "Restrictions" section on your confirmation email.
