You can add special assistance directly to the passenger's information under "Edit Traveler." If you forgot to add this before booking your flight and need to add it later, feel free to reach out to our support team directly from your trip in the app to request assistance to be added to your booking. Be sure to specify one of types of assistance required below:

  • Wheelchair - Immobile
  • Wheelchair - Cannot climb stairs
  • Wheelchair - Can climb stairs
  • Blind
  • Deaf
