If we need to confirm your payment method for security reasons, your booking will likely show as "Pending" and you will receive an email or text message from Hopper's Account Security team. It's important to follow the steps in the email in order to avoid your booking being cancelled.
Due to high volumes of internet fraud, we're just trying to make sure that the cardholder has in fact authorized the transaction and the booking. We have an automated system that tells us when a booking needs a closer look, and rest assured, we will never ask for any sensitive information beyond the minimum needed to establish the cardholder’s identity.
