Requests must be made directly from your booking in app. If you're having trouble finding where to submit a request, first make sure your app is updated to the latest version and then follow the steps below:
1. Head to your settings in the app to access all of your bookings.
2. From settings, tap “Get Help."
3. You’ll see your active bookings at the top. Tap on the trip you need assistance for and you'll be able to submit a request under "What can we help you with?"

Good to know
If you need help with a past booking, you can access all of your past trips by tapping on “Past Trips.” Simply open the booking you need assistance with and submit a request from the bottom of the Trip Summary.
If you booked a hotel through our website, you'll need to login to the app in order to submit a request from your booking.
If you are flying with a low-cost carrier, you'll need to contact them directly to manage your booking.
In order to submit a support request, always make sure you have updated your app to the latest version - we're constantly updating to improve your experience!
