Sometimes the airline won't allow you to manage your booking on their website if you purchased airline tickets with an online travel agency such as Hopper. No worries! This is very common and does not mean that your booking isn't confirmed.
Good to know
- If you need to purchase baggage or manage any booking extras, we recommend that you give the airline a call directly and providing them with your ticket number.
- If you're unable to check-in online, you'll be able to do so at the airport on your day of departure, where you'll receive your boarding pass.
