How long is my Hotel Price Freeze good for?
When you add price freeze, we will freeze the price for a maximum of 120 days from the time the deposit is made or up until to 7 days prior to check in.
Is there a limit to how much a Hotel Price Freeze will cover?
If the price of the hotel room you've frozen increases and you'd still like to book, Hopper will cover any price increase up to $100 USD. If the price increases by more than $100 USD at the time you'd like to complete the booking, a member of our support team will reach out to you to let you know about the price after the $100 credit is applied to the booking. You'll be able to choose whether or not you would like to apply the $100 USD to that booking and pay the difference or forfeit the deposit.
How do I use my Hotel Price Freeze?
When you pay your deposit for this feature, you'll receive an email within 24 hours with the details. Your Hotel Price Freeze won't show in the app, so be sure to follow the directions in the email. Simply reply to the email with any information you'd like to add about the reservation and we will reply to your message with a quote. Once you've confirmed you're ready to book, we'll create the booking for you and reply with a confirmation and a link to provider payment. Once you accept the quote and complete the payment via the link, we will complete the booking for you and reply with the confirmation and itinerary.
How do I Contact Support if I need Help with my Booking?
If you ever need any support for this booking after your purchase is made, please reply to the email that will be sent to you after booking and we will be sure to connect you with an agent as soon as possible.
