## Are any of the Flexible Travel Services insurance?

No. None of Hopper’s Flexible Travel Services are insurance. Hopper provides its customers with each of the Flexible Travel Services to provide a more seamless and flexible travel experience, such as the ability to make a non-refundable airfare refundable, or to be rebooked on a new flight on another airline in the event of a qualifying delay or missed connection. The Flexible Travel Services are not insurance and do not take the place of insurance obtained or obtainable by you. The benefits of Flexible Travel Services are limited and to the extent you desire protection for your trip, Hopper encourages you to purchase Trip Insurance.
