With Cancel For Any Reason by Hopper, you’ll have the ultimate flexibility for your trip! Cancel For Any Reason allows you to cancel your hotel reservation for any reason up until check-in time. If you cancel, you’ll get 100% of your base room rate and taxes back. No forms or claims are required!

### How to cancel on the app:

Canceling is easy! To get started, open the Hopper app and tap on your trip. After tapping on “Cancel” tap on “Cancel or modify reservation,” then “Cancel Reservation.” Follow the steps from there to cancel your hotel reservation.

### How are refunds processed?

Depending on your booking, refunds are processed back to your original form of payment and/or in Hopper Carrot Cash. Refunds usually take three (3) to five (5) business days to process.
