How can I cancel my flight?
If something comes up and you need to cancel your flight, you can start the process on Hopper.
To cancel your flight:
On the app:
1. Tap Help
2. Tap the flight you want to cancel
3. Tap Cancel My Flight
4. Follow the prompts to cancel your flight. Your cancelation options will depend on the airline you booked with and the fare you selected. (If your booking is managed directly with the airline, you will be prompted to contact them directly).
On the web:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click your name, then click My Trips
3. Click on the flight you want to cancel
4. Click Cancel flight
5. Follow the prompts on the Cancel My Trip screen to cancel your flight. Your cancelation options will depend on the airline you booked with and the fare you selected. (If your booking is managed directly with the airline, you will be prompted to contact them directly).
The cancelation policy of the flight you booked will determine your eligibility for a refund. If eligible, after Hopper processes your refund, it should added back to your payment account in 3-10 business days, depending on the airline and your financial institution. Note: If you have already submitted a cancelation request with Hopper, please wait 15 business days and someone will contact you by email.
