## How can I cancel my flight?

If something comes up and you need to cancel your flight, you can start the process on Hopper.

### To cancel your flight: 

#### On the app:

1\. Tap **Help**

2\. Tap the flight you want to cancel

3\. Tap **Cancel My Flight**

4\. Follow the prompts to cancel your flight. Your cancelation options will depend on the airline you booked with and the fare you selected. (If your booking is managed directly with the airline, you will be prompted to contact them directly).

#### **On the web:**

1\. Log in to your account

2\. Click your name, then click **My Trips**

3\. Click on the flight you want to cancel

4\. Click **Cancel flight**

5\. Follow the prompts on the **Cancel My Trip** screen to cancel your flight. Your cancelation options will depend on the airline you booked with and the fare you selected. (If your booking is managed directly with the airline, you will be prompted to contact them directly).

If eligible, after Hopper processes your refund, it should added back to your payment account in 3-10 business days, depending on the airline and your financial institution.
