## What is Hopper's Referral Program?

Hopper's Referral Program allows existing Hopper customers to invite friends and family to download the Hopper app, and earn hotel rewards that can be redeemed on future travel.  
  
Here are a few things you need to know to earn Referral rewards for inviting your friends and family.  
  
**Anyone that is referred must be able to:**  
  

*   Complete the process of creating their own **new** Hopper account. _Referrals_ _will not apply to existing Hopper customers or accounts._ 
    
*   Install the app and tap the "Redeem a code" button on the "Invite" icon.
    
*   You must be the first friend of your referral. 
    
*   Both of you must have access to the referral feature in your Hopper app.
    
*   You will only earn the reward once the friend successfully installs the Hopper app and claims their reward.
    

Tap the "Invite" icon on the homepage to refer or redeem a code.  
  
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the hotel discount to load into your Hopper Wallet. If it has already been 48 hours since the referral was completed, please reach out to our Customer Support team and one of our Referral Specialists would be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
