## How do I cancel my Savings Club subscription?

Savings Club memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged, but subscribers can cancel their membership at any time within the Wallet section of the Hopper app. 

  

You can access your Wallet by tapping on the oval pill at the top of your Hopper app’s home screen (highlighted in red).

On that card, tap on the “Manage your Savings Club membership” option. Once you’ve navigated to the Savings Club details page, there will be an option to choose “Cancel Savings Club."

By tapping on “Cancel Savings Club,” you’ll open a new window asking if you’re sure you want to proceed. If you’re sure you want to cancel, proceed with the steps provided. **Please note that if you cancel now and decide to resubscribe at a later point, we cannot guarantee that Savings Club will be available at the same price or rate.**

Once you confirm that you’d like to cancel, there will be a confirmation screen that states how long your current plan will remain active. You'll also receive an email from us confirming that your cancellation has been processed. At that point, you’ll have until the end of your current subscription period to use your benefits. 

  

For example, if your subscription renews on a quarterly cadence and you cancel your membership in the first month, you’ll still have two more months to enjoy your benefits before your subscription ends.

  

While cancelling your membership will not result in a refund of previous membership purchases, it does guarantee that your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again at time of renewal.
