## How do I contact Hopper support?

The fastest way to get help is through [My Trips](https://hopper.com/trips?platform=hts), where you can manage all your bookings.

When calling, you must enter the Support ID associated with your booking. 

### How to find your Support ID:

*   **In the Hopper App:** Select the booking you need help with, then “Contact Support”, followed by the type of assistance you require, then select “Call toll-free” for your Support ID to display.

### Help in Spanish (español) or other languages

If you are using the app in Spanish, or any language other than English or French, we are happy to help you through 24/7 live chat in the app. 

1.  Tap the “Help” icon in the bottom right of your screen
2.  Choose the booking you need help with.
3.  Select the type of assistance you require, and select “Chat”.
