Price Freeze for Flights: How do I use my Price Freeze?
If you were signed in to your Hopper account when you purchased a Price Freeze, it will be visible on the Hopper home page. Tap on the Freeze icon and select “My Price Freezes”.
Note: It can take up to 30 minutes for your Price Freeze to appear in the app after purchase. Please close the app fully and relaunch after 30 minutes, then scroll to the bottom of the screen to view your Price Freeze.
Once you’ve located your Price Freeze on Hopper, you can use it to purchase a reservation by following the steps below:
How to redeem Price Freeze on the app:
- Tap on the Price Freeze you would like to redeem.
- Scroll down to confirm that the details of your Price Freeze are correct, then tap "Continue to booking."
- From there, you will be given the option to add more Hopper protection products to your booking, select your passengers, and choose your payment method.
- Scroll down on the "Review Details" screen to reconfirm that the details of your reservation are correct.
- Swipe right to book your flight!

Price Freeze is exclusively available on the Hopper app.
Good to Know
- Price Freeze is valid only for the specific airline ticket that you selected at the time of purchase. The Price Freeze cannot be transferred to a different flight.
- Your frozen price will be applied if you book the flight directly from the Price Freeze screen in the app.
- This purchase is non-refundable in case you decide to cancel or not book your flight.
- If the price of your flight happens to have dropped, you will simply pay the lower price.
