## Does my new flight booking have a 24-hour cancellation policy?

Depending on the airline you booked with, you might be able to cancel your booking for free on the same day of purchase. This feature is accessible to most bookings made within 24 hours and may be subject to some restrictions. 

### Cancel your flight in the app

Select the booking that you wish to cancel. If the booking still qualifies for free cancellation, you will see the option "Cancel My Booking" at the bottom of the screen. Confirm that you have read the cancellation policy and swipe right on the yellow bar at the bottom to finalize the cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.

### Cancel your flight on the web

Select the booking that you wish to cancel in “My Trips.” If the booking still qualifies for free cancellation, you will see the “Cancel my Booking” option in the booking details. Confirm that you have read the cancellation policy by clicking “Confirm” to finalize the cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.

*   In the off-chance that you are unable to cancel in the app, we'll put you in touch with one of our customer service team members to help process the cancellation. 
*   If you've booked with a low-cost carrier, you'll need to contact them directly to pursue a cancellation. Low-cost carrier reservation numbers begin with a "Z-" (example: Z-ABCDEFG).
