## What do I do if my flight gets cancelled?

It’s an unfortunate reality, but several flights do get cancelled daily for a number of reasons. However, if your flight has been impacted by a cancellation, Hopper is here to help! 

  

You will be notified by Hopper when a schedule change or cancellation occurs. Once you are within 30 days of departure, we will reach out to offer you the best possible refund or rebooking options for your trip. This will ensure that you will be provided with the most up-to-date flight information available.

  

You can also review available flight options directly with Hopper. 

To view your cancellation options, simply tap on Get Help ➔ Cancel/Change my flight from within your booking in the Hopper app. You can cancel your booking instantly or view the conditions for the cancellation before doing so. Hopper will always offer the best possible outcome available for the cancellation based on the airline policies.

### Good to know

*   If your flights are cancelled due to weather or current events, airlines may waive change fees for a limited time.
*   While Hopper is happy to assist with re-booking your flights, we may only process changes or refunds that the airline has authorized.
*   Any changes that are not authorized by the airline's reprotection policy may be considered a _voluntary_ change, and any fees will apply.
